SERVICE POLICY

At The Bicycle Emporium, we pride ourselves on the quality of our servicing and of the parts and consumables that we use to keep your bike running. At the same time we endeavor to keep costs down for our customers. Our servicing comes with a 14-Day warranty, which includes a free follow-up service should you need it in that time.

We prefer our customers to collect their bikes within 10 days of the work being completed. Bikes that are left with us for more than one month after the service or repairs have been completed will incur a storage fee. Bikes that have been left for 3 months will be sold to recover costs. If you have left a bike for servicing and are unable to get back for it for any reason, please let us know and we can work out a solution. 

All new bikes sold at The Bicycle Emporium come with 12 months free service. Feel free to come as often or as little as you need, whether it is for service, minor adjustments, questions or just to get some air in your tyres! We are always happy to see you and help in any way we can to make your riding experience enjoyable.

All new ByK bikes sold at The Bicycle Emporium come with lifetime free servicing; as long as you own it, we will service it for free (original buyer only, not including parts).
